The Villa is the core 1880s Sala Prabang 2 storey building, housing the Reception and Lobby. A courtyard leads to the 2 storey Cottage, part of the original residence. Next to the Villa is the 2 storey Ban Lao, constructed in traditional Lao style during the 2000/1renovations. Lattana building is colonial eras house a few doors along the road from Sala Prabang Villa.

Mekong View rooms on the first floor of the Villa and Ban Lao look across the tree lined riverside road to the Mekong River and the wooded hills beyond. Exposed stone internal walls emphasise the crisp furnishings and linen of the light, airy rooms. The private balcony is an ideal spot to sit and watch the slow pace of Luang Prabang life pass by.
Garden View rooms on the ground or first floor of the Villa and the Cottage look onto the secluded inner courtyard. Exposed stone walls in the rooms contrast with the crisp lines of the furniture and furnishings. The muted internal hues were created with a unique paint mix using natural silk dyes.
