Ban Sabai is a lovely spot to watch river life go by, perhaps contemplating kayaking on the Nam Song or trekking and bicycle exploration of the fascinating countryside across the river.

Breakfast beside the river at Xayoh Riverside Café is a lovely way to start the day. Drinks, oven-baked pizza, pasta, Asian fusion cuisine and Lao specialties are served until late in the evening in this superb setting with views of the limestone peaks. Custom design forged iron furniture, terracotta candle lighting and a sunset view make this an intimate setting for evening dining.
