Making travel reservations through Asia Pacific Travel in Laos is secure and guaranteed. In most of the cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required.

1. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The rates listed on Asia Pacific Travel in Laos website are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged more.
We check availability with the hotel when we receive your reservation request. When you make your reservation we allow you to enter other choices in order of preference. Please remember that by combining "availability check" and "reservation" into a one step, we cut on our cost of operations and thus we can offer you much cheaper prices. Also, by holding the room in your name with no obligation, we ensure that the available rooms will not fill up only hours later.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and settle an advance payment or provide your credit card details, otherwise we will cancel your reservation (s) automatically.
2. TOURS RESERVATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
When you confirm your booking of tour or any travel services, we will start to book the hotels, flights and related services. If the hotel selected was fully booked, we will find the similar hotel class with notice.
One confirm your booking, we will need your full name for hotels booking and arrival time and flight number to Vietnam for picking up at the airport.
You should need a Visa to Vietnam , please contact us for Visa approval procedure or contact your Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country.
For international flights in and out Vietnam , we suggest you to arrange by yourself because you always have a better price than booking from Vietnam .
About transport, we always provide the new model car or minibus with air conditions, professtional driver and tour guide. Boat cruise arranged in Halong bay is in good condition , equiped life vest in case emergency.
Meals are always arranged at the local restaurant, not at the hotel that you are staying, we will reserve only the meals at your hotel upon on your request.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENTS
When you do confirm your booking , we will require a deposit 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or by credit card. The balance will be settled on your arrival to Vietnam .

4. CANCELLATION and NON ARRIVAL POLICY
Different destinations have different payment methods to secure accommodation.
Full prepayment destinations
Once we have confirmed availability and charged your credit card to secure your room(s) if you cancel at this point you will be charged 3% for Visa and Master card ,4 % for American Express bank credit card processing fee plus an additional charge as follows.
- If we receive cancellation in writing by email or fax more than 7 working days before arrival four and five star hotels and resorts, total amount will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation less than 7 working days full charge will be applied.
- Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is before 2 working days.
- Last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days ) or NON-ARRIVAL NO REFUND is payable.
Part payment destinations (deposits paid to secure accommodation.)
- Deposits made to secure bookings are REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival four and five star hotels , full charge will be made.
- Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is before 2 working days.
- Last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days ) or NON-ARRIVAL NO REFUND is payable.
Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed with the hotel, in the event of early checkout (leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period than booked) refunds are generally not permitted. However we can consider requests and after discussion with the booking agents and hotels concerned, a proportional refund can sometimes be made. Each case is treated on an individual basis.
Some hotels have a slightly different policy and in this case the terms will be clearly advised to you on the booking confirmation.
5. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Asia Pacific Travel Vietnam and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers and distributors own much of the content found on this site. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Vietnamhotels.biz and/or its third party providers and distributors.
6. PRIVACY
As a customer of Pacific Travel Vietnam Co . Ltd you are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled 100% confidentiality.
7. CONFIRMATION
Asia Pacific Travel Vietnam Co . Ltd will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation you transact online. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Asia Pacific Travel Co . Ltd or third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein.
The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend and indemnify Asia Pacific Travel Co. Ltd and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web Site.
10. RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between Asia Pacific Travel Co. Ltd and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.
